PT LPN needed for Monday and Wednesday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, (10 hour shift, 2 days per week). Responsible to provide nursing functions and assist with daily operations at our medical model adult day health care. Functions include oversight of nursing assistants, medication administration, vitals, documentation in medical record, assist with activities as needed, etc. Must be reliable, knowledgeable of long term care, flexible and motivated. Position available now.
Location: Brookside area
Compensation: based on experience
