RN/LPN-Health Services Director (Las Vegas)

As the Health Services Director you are providing overall leadership and management of the resident care department. Responsibilities include direct supervision of all resident care positions, hiring, training, scheduling and managing performance of all resident care staff. As well as performing resident assessments; maintaining resident files, coordinating services with outside care providers. You will ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will train, supervise, and coordinate members of our Wellness Department in accordance with residents' needs, state regulations, and BPM policies and procedures. Maintaining effective communicaton with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. Other responsibilities will include maintaining high occupancy, meeting community financial goals, and directing and coordinating overall resident care plan from move-in to discharge. Assisted Living and Memory Care experience is highly preferred.
This an immediate position ready to fill at Regency Palms Assisted Living and Memory Care.
