Part-time LPN (Lincoln, NE)

RHD Nebraska, a leading provider of quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities, is seeking a part-time certified LPN under the supervision of RN to review quality assurance process and documentation regarding medication transcription, and complete all follow up record keeping, in accordance with the State of Nebraska regulations. Conduct assessments of health care needs and physicians' orders, and develop applicable written medical procedures and protocols as needed, as part of the individual support plan. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in Nebraska. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Competitive salary. 10-15 hours a week to start.
Employment is subject to favorable results on thorough background screen and reference checks.
LPN with current license
Must be CPR certified
Strong organizational skills
Ability to implement medical protocol in community based residential settings
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people
Previous experience in community based DD services is a strong plus
