Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Hawaii. CPR certification within 2 months of hire date. Successful completion of the medication test within 3 weeks of the start of orientation. Annual completion of CPR and competencies requirements.
Education: Completion of a program for licensed practical nursing, or its equivalent.
Availability: Full-time Days; Part-time Eves (24 hrs/wk)
Location: Nuuanu
