Axis Medical Staffing, a Joint Commission Certificated agency, is looking for experienced RN's with at least 2-3 years of ICU, ER, TELE, Med Surg, and/or OR experience for Direct Hire, Contract, and Per Diem opportunities. Flexible schedule for AM or PM shifts and 8/12 shift preference. Ability to float to different units and assist patients with varying levels of acuity preferred. Great opportunity to supplement income if your current consensus is down by picking up per diem shifts. DETAILS:
Location -- Eugene, OR and other opportunities throughout the state of Oregon
Hours -- 8-12 hr shifts. Days, Evenings, and Nights currently available
Start Date -- Yesterday
REQUIREMENTS:
Current RN License
BLS
2 MMR's or (+) titers for measles, mumps & rubella
Hepatitis B vaccine, 3 vaccines or (+) titer
History of varicella or 2 vaccines
Annual TB test / Chest x-ray results and TB questionnaire if positive PPD is indicated
Annual flu vaccine immunization
2 + years current experience required
