New Year new job looking for a change Seasons Care Center is a 46 bed nursing home for Alzheimer's residents. We are looking for an Evening (3-11) Monday thru Friday LPN (no week-ends) who wants to provide leadership to a staff providing care to residents with Alzheimer's. We are a small facility where you have interaction with staff, residents and to families of our residents.
We are not a Medicare facility residents are long term in addition we have an adult day care center. Our goal is to provide services for residents and families that have Alzheimer's. We are located in a rural setting close to Truman Hospital at Lakewood in the east edge of Kansas City, close to Blue Springs, Independence, Lee's Summit and Raytown.
