I am an experienced LPN with 15+ years experience in nursing ranging from pediactric/adult trach and ventilalor in acute care as well as home care to med surg as well as long-term care. I have held supervisor as well as charge nurse responsibilities. My duties include, but were not limited to administering meds and treatments per MD order, patient assessment, client family teaching and coordination and/ or assuring continuity of care to obtain the most favorable outcome for the client. I am bcls certified, I am currently working on my acls certification and I am iv certified, in addition to the certifications I graduate in May 2012 from the ADN progrm at Salem Community College.
