Medical Assistant or LPN needed for busy, multiple provider Dermatology practice in Central Phoenix. Must be a cheerful, reliable, and organized individual who is great at multitasking!
The candidate would ideally have the following attributes:
• A good working knowledge of Nextgen EMR/computerized medical records
• Dermatology experience a plus
• Must have computer experience with accurate typing skills 55wpm or above
• Significant ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physician, co-workers and other staff
• Consistent attendance and reliable transportation very important
Duties Can Include:
Preparing treatment rooms, rooming patient's, treating and educating patient's
Documenting medical histories and other patient-related data electronically
Performing sterile technique, assisting with surgery
Cosmetic procedure set-up and assistance
Processing surgical specimens, lab requisitions and managing related phone calls
Scribing during examination while in room with patient and provider
