DuPont’s Finest Retirement Community is looking for experienced, licensed staff to assist thsoe that have served for us!
We are currently taking applications for On-Call, Part-time and Full time NAC’s to LPN’s with 2 years prior Assisted Living Experience.
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing personal care assistance and daily activity support. Provide a safe and secure environment. Monitor and ensure the general well being of the residents. Assist with daily meal service. Assist with housekeeping and laundry services as needed. Assist all residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, daily reminders, transferring, ambulating, grooming; i.e., oral care, make-up, powder, deodorant, medications, shaving, etc.
Responsibilities:
Work within Scope of Practice for Current License
Qualifications: *High School Diploma *Current Washington State Nursing License (NAC or LPN) in good Standing *Pass a criminal background check *Fundamentals of Caregiving Certificate *Mental Health Training Certificate *Dementia Training Certificate *Pass a drug Screen with Negative results

• Must be able to stand/ walk during entire shift (up to 8 hours) 5 days per week
• Bend, Stoop, Twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Have three positive proffessional references
