CNA/LPN/RN (New Haven, CT)

We are currelty seeking CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to provide in home services to medically complex children, infants, and adults. Services include but are not limited to in-home care, medication administration, wound care, senior advocacy, medical social services, mental health care and disease management. All of our positions are per diem and employees may take on cases around their various schedules.
Requirements:
- Valid CT drivers license
- CPR certification
- Recent PPD/physical
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
Location: New Haven, CT
Compensation: Varies with experience
