We are a home health care agency looking for an LPN to join our team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Wellness visits and calls, medication set-ups, spot checks, home visits to clients, attending health fairs, conducting flu shot clinics, and supervising CNAs and home Health Aides. Must have the skills and ability to create training programs and conduct trainings including new hire orientation. You must also be able to be on rotation for the on-call emergency service for after-hours, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
AngelCare, Inc. is currently seeking an LPN to join our team. This is a very fast paced and demanding position. To be considered for employment you must have 3 years of experience as an LPN. The ideal candidate must have great customer service skills, experience in employee relations, excellent computer skills, ability to multi-task, must be self-directed, great communication skills, positive attitude, reliable, dependable and detailed oriented. Must have a clean criminal history.
