Description: 60-bed Not-for-Profit long term care facility is looking for an RN or LPN 3-4 days per week for the 2pm-10pm and Mid day (10am-6pm) position.
The Oakridge Community is an area leader in person-centered care/culture change. We are committed to providing excellent clinical care in a home-like environment where the resident comes first.
Strong assessment skills and commitment to person centered care a must.
