LPN/RN Day nurse Scottsdale (66th street/Thunderbird )

26 year old male with SMA and on a vent, seeking caring and compassionate LPN or RN. This position is Tuesday through Friday 10:00am-6:00pm. Occasional evenings and late night hours also available to take client out to night clubs and parties. Candidate must be able to lift 75lbs and heavy knowledge of the LTV950 ventilator is a must. Duties will include...following Plan of Care, ordering medications and supplies, taking client out on daily excursions and driving client to and from doctors appointments. Candidate to be a non-smoker and be at least 5'7 to 6'5 with a clean driving and criminal record. Trach care, suctioning, and bowel care is necessary.
