Hospice CNA, LPN, RN (Boulder County)

Family Hospice is a locally and family owned hospice serving Boulder and the surrounding areas. We offer a completely committed and supportive environment, providing the highest level of care. Our patients come first.
Family Hospice is seeking PRN or part time CNA, LPN, and RN's. The ideal candidates must
 have 2 years of hospice or home health experience
 be highly flexible and able to multi task and change direction in a fast paced environment.
 be a strong advocate for the company in the community.
Duties include:
 Work autonomously in patient homes and medical facilities, knowing however that backup support is always a phone call away
 Manage pain, symptoms, and crises always putting the needs of the patient first.
