Phoenix offers Competitive wages, weekend differentials, benefits and training. Duties include assistance in the development and implementation of the plan of care, preforming basic patient care and treatments including but not limited to, wound care, measure of vital signs, collection of blood samples and administration of prescribed medications. Requirements are: Current state license as LPN, graduation from an approved school of practical/vocational nursing. Six months experience as a practical/vocational nurse in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting within the last three years is preferred.
