CASE 1
1 year old boy in Yeadon, PA 19050. Patient is ambulatory and receives PO feeds and medications. He has Hyperinsulinism and severe hypogylcemia he requires blood sugar monitoring.
Shifts available: overnight and evening shifts
CASE 2
3 year old boy in brookhaven, PA 19015. He is non-verbal, non-ambulatory, and has a G-tube. He requires G-tube feeds and medications.
Shifts available: Monday — Friday 2:30p — 5:45p
CASE 3 (Must be a RN)
26 year old Male in Philadelphia, PA 19129. Patient is non-verbal and non-ambulatory with a Tracheostomy. He is Ventilator dependent and receives feedings and medications via G-tube. NO LIFTING REQUIRED.
Shifts available: Full or part time hours are available (days and nights parents are flexible) *Must have experience and be competent with Trachs, Vents, G-tubes
CASE 4
12 year old Female in Drexel Hill, PA 19026. She is non verbal, can ambulate with assistance, and has seizure disorder. She requires feedings and medications via J-tube.
Shifts Available: Day and overnight shifts
CASE 5
11 year old female in Rutledge, PA 19070. Patient is non verbal, can ambulate independently, and has seizure disorder. She requires feedings and medications via G-tube.
Shifts available: 7a-7p every Sunday and occasional Saturdays 7a-7p Location: 19050, 19015, 19129, 19026, 19070 Compensation: competitive rates, 401K, health benefits, Make your Own Schedule
