Paradise Park Assisted Living in Fox Lake is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our staff. Must be a registered Nurse with a current IL license. Prior experience in senior care required, 5 years preferred. Proven success in a clinical leadership/management role. The Director of Nursing must be passionate about providing loving, compassionate, quality care to our residents and their families. The ability to motivate others and provide clinical expertise and leadership is a must in this role. Honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to provide compassionate senior care are key qualities required. The Director of Nursing is required to be on call.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Preparation and approval of service plans for Residents
Quarterly assisted living nursing assessments and monthly memory care assessments
Management of staff including scheduling, performance management, training, hiring
Inventory drugs arriving from pharmacy weekly
Manage quality assurance measures
Respond to phone inquiries
