Experienced Home Health Aide & LPN (Pontiac, MI)

ARCADIA HOME CARE & STAFFING is dedicated to providing compassionate quality home care designed to help people stay at home and healthier longer. We are currently seeking experienced home health aides and an LPN to provide care to our client in Pontiac whom requires 24hr care.
Primary duties for Home Health Aide: Personal care: Complete bed bath, grooming, dressing, toileting, assist w/walker, transfer assistance, meal planning/prep breakfast & lunch, light housekeeping and companionship.
Must be flexible as the AM Shift slightly changes:
(AM Shift) 8am-12pm, 8:30am-12:30pm, or 9am-1pm
(PM Shift) 4pm – 8pm
Primary duties for LPN: Skilled observation, wound care/dressing, instruct regarding meds, etc. Visits are daily: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Minimum Requirements:

At least ONE year current experience working at another home care agency or nursing facility
Current State Licensure in your area of expertise (if applicable)
Current Tb test or Chest XRay and Physical (specifically stating you have no work restrictions)
Two Professional References or Letters of Recommendation
Clear Security Background (US National, Medicare/Medicaid Fraud, Sex Offender, etc.)
Pass Agency Qualifying Exam
Reliable Transportation is a Must!
