Greenwood Home, a private non-profit boarding home serving 11 developmentally disabled adults, is looking for a parttime evening LPN.
Hours available are Monday thru Friday 5pm - 8pm.
Rate of pay is $20.00 per hour.
Start date January 1, 2012.
Responsibilities include administration of medications, routine nursing duties, taking vitals, monitor health care needs of clients, maintain client medical files, nursing summaries, participate and update client negotiated service agreements and client programs, comply with guidelines as established by DDD and ADSA. Ability to take direction and work with LPN Coordinator.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Current Washington State LPN license
Current CPR card
Ability to work independently
Experience with DD adults is highly desirable but not required
