Nurses LPN's and RN's (Franklin County Rehab St. Albans)

at in Burlington, VT

Looking for experienced LPN's to work 3-4 evenings per week and every other weekend
and RN Charge nurse for Days everyother weekend for Franklin County's premiere long-term care and rehab center.
We are a 64 bed facility with 44 beds LTC and a 20 bed Rehab unit. We take pride in our facility and staff. You will work with the best staff in a family setting where you are not just a number but an important part of our residents life. Responsibilities include: Resident assessments, Communication with families, medication administration and ordering, treatments and care for our patients and residents, Training and supervision of our L.N.A. staff. The perfect candidate should be a team player.
Benefits are available and pay is based upon your experience.
We also have per diem shifts available for evenings and nights. Location: Franklin County Rehab St. Albans
Compensation: Based on experience. Benefits available for PT and FT positions
