LPN Staffed Residence (Louisville, KY)

Locally owned and operated nursing agency seeks LPN's to work part-time at staffed residences in central Louisville. LPN will attend to the healthcare needs of up to three medically fragile, disabled individuals in each private residence.
Hours may vary; typical hours are 6am-8am,12pm-1pm, 4pm-9pm. You must be available to work all these times in a day setting and possess flexibility and reliability in your schedule. Job duties will include but are not limited to: medication administration;g-tube feedings; assist with personal care; documentation of nurse's notes; MAR's; and monthly objectives.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, current auto insurance coverage, a clean criminal history, and must be able to pass a drug screen.
