Our growing home health agency lacated in 0ak Forest, IL has openings to hire Nursing Supervisor, RNs and LPNs. Individuals must have current IL RN licenses. For the position of Nursing Supervisor, individual must have had experience in same or similar position.The nursing supervisor is expected to carry out the following functions among others;
-Provide supervision, support and leadership for our clinical staff.
-Make sure our agency provide quality care in accordance with local, state and federal laws
-Make sure agency clinical staff are well trained and are giving adequate in-house training as at when due.
-Will recruit and cordinate clinical staff
-Will be responsible for updating nursing software with assessment and visit notes
-Other duties as may be assigned.
-Must have atleast 2 years of home health agency experience, one of which must be as a nursing supervisor, agency administrator or agency supervisor. Location: south subborbs &chicago
Compensation: compensation is negotiable and competitive
