PATIENT ACCOUNT COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
F/T Mon -- Fri 8:30 AM -- 5:30 PM
We're recruiting for a team player with excellent communication skills, who has the ability to maintain respect, professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing exceptional customer service while negotiating payment arrangements, preparing professional correspondence, answering account inquiries and reviewing accounts. Familiarity with medical insurance payers and benefits is preferred.
Applicants must use good judgment; be detailed and accurate and committed to providing superior customer service internally and externally which includes willingly working as an important part of the Business Office Team. Centricity knowledge is preferred.
