Hi, I am a man with quadriplegia living near old town Scottsdale. I live an active lifestyle, and am looking for LMTs, Caregivers, MAs, CNAs, & LPNs to help me with the following schedules (there are three positions; OPEN POSITIONS are CAPITALIZED; applications for other positions will be reviewed for future openings):
• Monday-Friday Mornings: usually 5:30 AM to approx 10:30 AM
• WEEKEND MORNINGS: USUALLY 5:30 AM TO APPROX 10:30 AM
• EVENINGS: 3 EVENINGS PER WEEK, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, FOR TWO HOURS BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY 6:30 PM AND APPROXIMATELY 9:30 PM
Extra hours may be made available, by mutual agreement (see web site, below).
The best way to describe these positions is that you will be helping me do everything that anyone does in a normal day--you are my arms and legs. This includes everything from getting up, driving, cooking, getting dressed, going to the store, laundry, working out, and going to bed.
The evening job is very much like a personal assistant, mostly non-medical in nature. The morning job is a CNA level position.
I pay anywhere from $14 per hour through $18 per hour, depending upon experience, shifts and longevity with the job.
