Elite Care Management is a recognized leader in home care services. With decades of experience, we specialize in spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and high acuity patients.
This is for a part time position 7am – 7pm. Immediate openings available. Saturdays for the month of December and Sundays for the month of January and future months.
Qualified Candidates must:
*Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
*Provide 2 Reference Letters
*Have a social security card
*Have a current nursing license in the state of IL
*Have a current CPR card
*Have TB within last 3 months upon hire
