Optimal Health Care is a local Home Health Care agency currently seeking qualified and passionate LPN's and RT's We are looking for excellent people to help us provide valuable medical home care services. We are currently looking to fill a postion in Scottsdale. This position is night shift 11p-7a, with some flexibilty to the start time. We need staff familiar with trach care and suctioning. This will we a 1 on 1 case, 7 nights a week. We would like 2-3 individuals to help cover the shifts. Please call now! 602-466-7570 or email a resume to us.

Requirements:

Current CPR Card

First Aide Card (CNA/Caregiver only)

TB Test

Current AZ Professional License (if applicable)

AZ Driver's License

Current AZ Auto Insurance

AZ State Fingerprint Card, unless done as part of your Licensure
