Job Summary
-Wound Care experience highly preferred
-Trach Care
-Tube Feedings
-Obtain basic measures including blood pressure, respiration, pulse, height, weight, and intake and output from stable clients
-Provide basic physical care and assistance with activities of daily living
-Assist client in transporting to chair, bed, commode, and/or wheelchair
-Administer medication according to doctor’s orders
-Report and document all medication administration and changes
Requirements
-Current Hawaii LPN License
-Current CPR/First Aid card
-Current TB clearance
-Social Security Card
-Current Drivers license & Auto Insurance
-Criminal Background Clearance
-FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
-Adult/Child Registry Clearance
