LPN Position (Eagle, ID)

LPN for outstanding Assisted Living Community.
This full time leadership position is responsible for the overall nursing operations to ensure a high standard of appropriate resident care in accordance with policies / procedures and current federal, state, and local regulations governing the facilities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: oversee the nursing process including assessment, analysis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of resident care according to Nurse Practice Act; direct the selection, training, development and performance of all nursing personnel; manage the fiscal needs of the nursing department; and participate in the management team.
RequirementsThis position requires current Idaho LPN license. Qualifications for the ideal candidate include work experience with supervisory responsibilities in the health care field, with assisted living or memory care/dementia preferred; excellent communication and management skills; and a focus on customer service and high standards. Location: Eagle, ID
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE
