We are looking for staff to provide in home services to medically complex children, infants, and adults. Services include but are not limited to in-home care, medication administration, wound care, senior advocacy, medical social services, mental health care and disease management.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a home care setting preferred
- Valid CT drivers license
- Valid CT nursing license
All of our positions are per diem and employees may take on cases around their various schedules. If you are interested, please submit a resume for consideration.
