RD Staffing / Cardiac Staffing is expanding again! Nationwide Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment Firm looking for Full Desk Permanent Placement, Travel & Local Regional Healthcare Recruiters. The primary focus of this position is to fill open job /travel orders of Registered Nurse vacancies with client facilities, as well as, obtain and develop new client relations. Job Order's can be filled using our current database and call lists, as well as, implementing your own personal sourcing and recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for thoroughly screening candidates and preparing documentation (ie. formatting provided resumes) to assure suitability for position.

Position Responsibilities:
• Multiple hours of daily direct phone contact to various entities, including but not limited to, Hospitals, active candidates and passive candidates. Must have a strong phone sales background to feel comfortable in this role.

• You'll be responsible for the placement of Registered Nurses and other medical professionals throughout the United States. You are building your desk by building strong relationships with Healthcare Facilities and Medical Professional candidates. You enjoy putting the deal together and closing it. You understand recruiting is sales.

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding targeted placement objectives to meet budget in a highly metrics driven culture. Our company is growing and profitable because our recruitment team is the best in the industry. As a team, we have fun doing what we do every day...

• Accountability for accurate documentation in company systems. You'll need to have experience fully documenting your calls, candidates, clients and daily planning activity. Past HealthCare Recruitment a plus!

• Understanding of Acute Care settings and unit terminology is a big plus.
Desired Skills & Experience
Prior Healthcare Recruitment experience required, preferably with strong knowledge of Nursing in Acute Care setting.

You must possess excellent verbal, written and computer skills. You must be a consensus builder and enjoy working in a tight knit team environment. Being driven, self motivated, goal oriented and ambitious is a MUST!

This is a highly competitive environment that requires teamwork and collaboration. You must have a demonstrated track record of success in a highly measured 'sales' driven recruiting culture.
