Assumption Village is a part of a progressive non-profit corporation dedicated to the highest quality of senior care. Our facility serves elderly residents in 110 Independent and Assisted Living apartments at various levels of care. Our mission is to provide competent, compassionate care in a supportive community environment.
Currently, Assumption Village is seeking an Oregon Licensed LPN to serve as our Evening Shift Supervisor. This position will report directly to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Oversight of medications and physicians orders
Assistance with regulatory compliance of Individualized Care Plans
Assistance with hiring, training, and continuing education
Timely follow up with all resident and employee incident
On Call and cover shifts as necessary
Skills and Experience Desired:
Current, valid, and good standing LPN license in the State of Oregon
Experience in long term community based or in home health care a plus
Strong Organization and Management Skills
Compassionate and Excited about Working with the Senior Population
