Hospice LPN Per Diem (Broomfield and surrounding areas)

Front Range Hospice, headquartered in Erie, Colorado, is the premier privately owned hospice in Colorado providing extraordinary and Legendary End of Life Care. Currently, we are looking for evening, per diem LPN's for our continuous care cases throughout our service territory.
All successful applicants must be available for over-night shifts, be able to work autonomously and be comfortable taking care of patients in their home as this is a very special and unique time for the patient and the family. Our goal is to make certain there are no surprises or long periods of discomfort.
All clinical staff at Front Range Hospice must have a current nursing license in the State of Colorado, CPR certified and have a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
