Trinity Services, Inc has a rare opportunity for a LP to work under the supervision of an RN to ensure that individuals maintain the best possible health. Duties include: monitoring basic treatments, working with staff to monitor health needs, attending medical appointments, and collaborating with the community support team to assure each person remains healthy and that medical care is provided when necessary. Travel to scattered site housing may be required.
