Part Time LPN --for Senior Living Community (East Vancouver)
The Quarry Senior Living is Vancouver's luxury retirement community which offers a continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Parkinson's Care, Enhanced Care and Memory Care. In addition, The Quarry is Clark County's first Assisted Living to offer electronic MARs.
We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate and energetic LPN to provide leadership and care for our residents. You would be responsible for overseeing a staff of care givers and med aides under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Health Services Director.
Are you the right person If so, your qualifications should include:
• A great heart and compassion for seniors;
• Current LPN license;
• Experience working with seniors preferably in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting;
• The ability to quickly solve problems in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to direct a team;
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal communication abilities;
• Flexibility in your schedule to work various shifts;
• The desire and ability to have fun at work.
