Full-Time LPN/RN - Cottage Grove Place (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Cottage Grove Place is seeking a 2nd shift full-time LPN/RN for our Health Center skilled nursing unit.
This person is responsible for monitoring direct resident cares in the nursing facility, monitoring performance of the Certified Nursing Assistants and Oral Medication Techs providing those cares, assisting in direct resident cares as able around nurse required tasks, administering medications and treatments according to the resident's plan of care, maintaining appropriate medical record documentation, communicating with residents and families, and assisting in response to medical emergencies in the areas of Cottage Grove Place outside of the nursing facility.
