Established Home Health Agency opening office in Indianapolis area looking for experienced and compassionate RN/LPN's and Home Health Aides for part-time/per diem employment to care of our clients in their homes, in Clinton County.
As we grow, so will the position with possibility of full-time if desired
Requirements:
State Licensure
A minimum of two professional references
Proof of current automobile insurance
The State of Indiana Dept. of Health requires written documentation of a negative TB test
The State of Indiana Dept. of Health requires a complete criminal history check prior to employment and candidate's must pass the minimum criminal history background requirements
Recent physical (within the last 6 months)
Current CPR certification
