Professional Health Care Services (PHCS) is looking for LPNs to work on a per shift basis in our clients' health care facilities. PHCS is a Joint Commission certified health care staffing provider. You must have at least 1 year recent experience working in a hospital or long term care setting. Please bring the following information with you:
-Copy of your currrent LPN license
-Current TB skin test
-Current CPR certification

Location: West Allis
Compensation: depends on shift worked.
