LVN's (El Paso)

Where do I beginI live in El Paso and I just finished graduating with my LVN. I want to go back to school to finish my RN degree but school won't allow me back in unless I have 6 months of experience supervised under the RN. I've tried applying to about 30 jobs in El Paso and nothing is available or people aren't hiring VN's that don't have experience or not hiring VN's at all anymore. This is the case with me and about 10 other classmates that I have. Does anyone know anywhere that is hiring and willing to train new VN's right now please respond to my post if you do. Thank you for your time
