We are currently seeking nurses (LPN, RN, CNAs) to provide in home services to medically complex children, infants, and adults. Services include but are not limited to in-home care, medication administration, wound care, senior advocacy, medical social services, mental health care and disease management. All of our positions are per diem and employees may take on cases around their various schedules.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience preferably in a home care setting.
- Valid drivers license
- CPR certification
