Small medical office looking for LPN or RN to work in a clinical office setting. We are a unique mobile medical practice providing house calls to the elderly and those with chronic illnesses. Responsibilities would include phone triage on multiple line systems, making referrals, scheduling patients, intake calls from community referrals and communicating with home health, hospice nurses, families and patients.
Requirements:
-Must be comfortable working with computers and willing to use electronic medical records.
-Excellent phone etiquette when working with a variety of patients and staff at all levels.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to multitask.
-Must be willing to grow and be a part of the team in a growing environment.
Ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, highly organized with attention to detail, a patient advocate and provide excellent customer service.
