Home Caregivers Home Health is a growing, exciting, innovative agency, seeking a versatile, fun-loving, congenial team player who is highly reliable, responsible, exceptionally detailed oriented, and motivated to assist in Case Management. EXPERIENCE in home health a must and if you have a BSN, that's a PLUS!! Full-time and Part-time hours available.
Who you are: Smart and compassionate with at least one year experience in home health. You have a good work ethic, can work independently, must be able to meet deadlines and effectively multitask, have great customer service skills and a 5-Star personality. Knowledge of OASIS and coding preferred.
