Preferred Community Homes is currently selecting one outstanding candidate to become a driving force in our nursing team. We provide care for clients with developmental disabilities who are living in an ICF/MR. An LPN will assist in coordinating health care services on the basis of each client's individual needs. Assists in administering total nursing care for each client. Ensures a high standard of nursing care is met and maintained in compliance with Federal and State Regulations.
This includes: providing general and preventative nursing care as needed, providing nursing services in accordance to need and ensuring that all assessments, appointments and evaluations are updated.

Pay is depending on experience. Must be able to pass a Criminal History Background check and pre employment drug test. Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
