LPN/RN Wellness Nurse Greystone Farm at Salem Assisted Living (Salem, NH)

Greystone Farm at Salem, a Benchmark Senior Living community, is seeking a Wellness Nurse for per diem and part time positions. Greystone Farm offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to learn and grow. Come join a team who loves their residents and has fun at work!
Must have at least 2 years experience in Long Term Care or Acute Care. Experience in NH regulations.
Wellness nurse responsibilities include working in a fast paced environment. Able to prioritize nursing responsibilities and provide care for residents in both traditional assisted living and memory impaired program. Experience with supervising LNA staff a must. The ability to multi-task and complete appropriate documentation including transcribing physician orders.
