• Medical Technician - Northwest Portland specialty clinic seeks experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to assist the Medical Technologist in running the laboratory. Minimum Job Requirements: ASCP Licensed Medical Laboratory Technician (5+ years preferred) or Bachelor's of Science in Biology or Chemistry with 5+ years of laboratory experience. Experience with Orchard LIS software systems a plus, but not required. • Registered Nurse - NE Portland primary care clinic has an immediate need for an experienced RN preferably with outpatient experience. Position will be 32-35 hours weekly, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Friday. Must be a graduate of a RN program with a current unencumbered Oregon license. Must have a current CPR/BLS. May consider a RN graduate if the individual worked as a medical assistant prior to obtaining their nursing license. Responsibilities include: greet and room patients, obtain vitals and patient histories, assist provider with procedures and exams, administer injections including immunizations and provide patient education. Skill Requirements: Current Oregon State RN license required, or license eligible required. • Registered Nurse - Southwest, Portland specialty seeks RN with recover room experience for long-term temporary assignment (possibility of temp-to-hire). Candidate must have 1-year experience in either a hospital, or a surgi-center. Position is temporary 30-40 hours per week. Responsibilities - performs circulation and/or scrub nurse duties during operating room procedures. Schedules operating room cases; coordinates pre-op and post-op patient care. Assists with clinical procedures such as biopsies; notifies patients of pathology results as appropriate. Responsibilities include: Providing first-line post implementation training and support for billing service clients. Establishing and maintaining billing rules, business logic, workflows, fee schedules, payer and credentialing settings, EDI and ERA management. Identifying and articulating unmet client needs to product and operations management for resolution. Manage client medical accounts receivables, this includes the analysis of accounts receivable, directing follow up team to work with payers and determine status of unpaid claims and taking the necessary actions to ensure prompt claim payment, monthly reporting of client results and identification of issues and recommended actions to improve results. $15-$20/hr Depending on experience plus benefits
