Working within the residence setting you might be responsible for your delivery of good quality patient treatment according to the patient's person doctor orders. Your care could include assessments, medication administration, administering recommended remedies and therapies, care organizing, communication with other members from the patients' multi-disciplinary group, provide management, unexpected emergency administration, coordination of care, wellness marketing and educating and coaching loved ones members. Proof of eligibility to function in the United states Present and unrestricted LPN or RN license to practice within the state for which you might be applying Existing CPR certification Current Continuing Training if required by state Diploma, Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing from state accredited LPN or RN program Demonstrated proficiency in medical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing treatment and policies and methods Good organizational and communication skills
