Part-Time LPN Needed- Iowa Home Care (Des Moines Metro)

Iowa Home Care is looking for part-time LPN's to serve our clients throughout the Des Moines Metro Area. Daytime and Evening/Weekend hours available.
Candidate must be highly motivated, dynamic, and energetic team player and must have a valid IA nursing license. The Licensed Practical Nurse assists the physician and the Registered Nurse in performing skilled nursing services to include performing specialized procedures (including skilled respite care), participates in the development of the plan of care, prepares clinical and progress notes, works with the family and natural support systems, participates in discharge planning and in-service programs. Experience with Iowa Medicaid, waiver services, and Medicare regulations for Home Health Care is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
