LPN/RN for private home care (Louisville)

Needed: LPN/RN for private duty home health care for active toddler age ventilator dependant patient. Vent/trach experience preffered. Must be able to carry 30-40 lb. Flexible schedule with every 3rd weekend requirement. 8 or 16 hour shifts available (days and evenings) and both full time and part time positions open.
