Registered Nurse or LPN - Psychiatric (Louisville)

Spectrum Healthcare Services, a medical staffing agency in Louisville is currently recruiting for a Utilization Management RN or LPN with experience in Psychiatric Nursing. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30a-6:00p. This is a temporary position that may go into a permanent position after 90 days.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Telephonic Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring healthcare services to meet an enrolled member's healthcare needs through communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes. This position works collaboratively with providers, social agencies, community resources, and a patients personal support network to assist patients and their families in accessing medically appropriate services, optimizing effective self-care strategies, identifying evidenced based treatment options and making informed decisions that reflect their healthcare needs and personal priorities.
