LPN Needed (9127 Galene Dr, Suite 4, 40299)

Mariposa Place is an arts-focued program that provides Adult Day Training, Community Living Supports, OT, PT, ST, Behavior Supports and Psychological services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Adult Day Training center is looking for an LPN Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM. He/she will be responsible for providing nursing care services for adults with disabilities. Job duties include; oral medication passes, g-tube feedings/flushes, administering weekly allergy injections, maintaining medication records, implementing state regulated requirements for medication administration, submitting monthly reports and assisting with changing soiled clients. He/she will perform Rehab Services Director duties that include; following up on therapy referrals, scheduling therapists for outpatient therapy, communicating with Case Managers and team members, ensuring progress notes, monthly summaries, evaluations are completed and other job duties as assigned.
