21 BED UNIT SKILLED LONG TERM CARE AND REHABILITATION UNIT
PART TIME BENEFITS INCLUDE: VACATION AND SICK TIME ACCRUAL, LIFE INSURANCE POLICY, ELECTIVE PARTICIPATION IN FACILITY SPONSORED 403B RETIREMENT PLAN WITH 6% EMPLOYER MATCH AFTER 1 YEAR OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE.
